Shipping policy

  1. Orders ship within 2 business days of the time of order. Slight exceptions are possible during sale periods and peak season (Nov - Jan).
  2. For standard orders over $65 and under 200 lbs, Angel's Cocina offers free delivery via USPS or UPS within the contiguous US. Transit times may exclude weekends and federal holidays and are counted from the point at which the package is sent out by the carrier. Expedited shipping options and shipping options for orders over 200 lbs. are available for additional cost.
  3. Expedited shipping is available via UPS and rates are calculated at checkout. Expedited orders placed before 11:45am CST ship same day. UPS shipping days are Monday-Friday.
  4. All orders will be provided a tracking number, which will be included in your order confirmation email.
  5. Orders over $750 must be submitted via an invoice from our customer service team (info@angelscocina.com). This policy helps to protect your purchase, while minimizing the risk of fraud.
  6. If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to sender, please contact us. We will double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If the address error was our responsibility, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us at your cost and discretion.
  7. Products purchased here on our direct-to-consumer website are not to be resold. Angel's Cocina reserves the right to cancel shipments and/or withdraw our standard return policy on orders that intend to engage in resale (or otherwise violate our terms of service).Β
